AWAKEN: A Spiritual Challenge

How do you go from knowing about God to actually knowing God? How do you hear God's voice? These are the questions that this spiritual challenge focused on answering. Susan Hill, a Christian author who has spoken at the Grove City College chapel, came to speak about closer intimacy with God. Jimmy Needham, a singer/songwriter, also performed in this exciting event! A copy of "Closer than Your Skin," a new book by Susan Hill, was given at the event with the purchase of a ticket.

SLEEPING AT LAST

On April 4th, 2008 Sleeping at Last rocked out at Crawford Auditorium to perform songs off their new album, Keep No Score, along with older favorites from Capture and Ghosts. People came from all over the Pittsburgh area along with students to enjoy this "melodic-rock" music.

CHRISTOPHER WILLIAMS

Christopher Williams teamed up with Blood:water mission and Project Okello on March 12, 2008 to bring a benefit concert. The concert was a blast and we were able to raise money for a good cause!

NEWSBOYS W/ KUTLESS AND STELLAR KART

On February 20th, 2007 Stonebride Concerts brought the Newsboys, Kutless, and Stellar Kart to the Grove City College's stadium, the Wolverina! The sold-out concert was a huge success, bringing in people from the college and also surrounding areas. The Newsboys were on tour presenting their newest CD, Go, Kutless continued to rock with songs from their previous albums, and newbies Stellar Kart showed off their skills with their CD We Can't Stand Sitting Down.
